Maria's response to our discussion earlier today
[info]flutefly wrote this Childish or just human earlier tonight. It is in response to a conversation we had earlier today. I said more than I should I have, getting frustrated can cause you betray more of what others have said than you wish to. Feeling hurt and alone can cause you to just repeat things that were said without thinking of the consequences. Sadly, time moves but one direction.

If only wanting to make things right was just enough. If only this process didn't hurt so much.

in which case you aren't able to tell who was and wasn't being childish with any accuracy. I wonder why "support" offered to one person has to come attached to ignorant insults to another? or why something written in lj, especially about a breakup, is taken as gospel truth rather than as representative of a single perspective, and therefore that it's ok to offer public judgment on a person you barely know, or don't know at all?

Maria has enough to deal with. It makes me sad that she has to see people judging her, *especially* when they don't know enough to do so fairly.
